UN-RESOLUTION
THE PENCIL CHALLENGE...
This year I am going to challenge myself to always bring a pencil to school and have two or three in case I need them, (which I probably will since I think at least half of the time-or so it seems-I am using a pencil that is not mine). When I thought of this prompt I was like-yes, it suites me, I always need pencils because I NEVER have one. Pencils are one of the most important tools in school and this year I will try to always bring one. Usually, I go to a class and I have a pencil, then I go to the next class and I figure out that I left it behind so I borrow one. This happens a lot, I used to have a back-up pencil so I would always have one, I even had a back-up for the back-up, yet they always got lost….ALWAYS. Yet, this isn’t a new thing, last year I forgot pencils too, so I screwed a screw into the eraser of a pencil and then I tied a string from the screw to my backpack so it would never get left behind, but then the string broke and I lost the pencil….again. This year I will try to bring pencils to school and take them home at the end of the day without losing one and not have to borrow pencils from people.

ReplyDeleteVery nice! It was big and detailed, but what would it look like with less descriptions at the bottom of your name and more examples or other ways to fix the problem.
ReplyDeleteGood job! I really liked how you said the prompt suits you. what would it look like if there was a little bit more description?
ReplyDeleteTaran, oh my gosh, this is my life story. I always lose my pencil. Nice job, what would your story looked like if you made your sentences a little shorter? Your story was great, and I can relate to this every day.
ReplyDelete.... I have no words. I don't think you truly understand how about every student in the world can relate to this issue. I loved it! What if you used more variety in punctuation marks, like exclamation points? Great job, Taran!! XD
