I remember almost every night when I was in about first grade I would just pick out one of my many Junie B. books and read it within an hour. To sum it up, I had a ton of cheesy books I would read before I went to bed. In fifth grade I was in love with writing. I would write in my Google Drive everyday. To this day I still have about sixty documents that are just silly stories I wrote up. Some of them even leading up to about fifteen paragraphs. I guess you could say that I used my writing time wisely.
Lastly, I was just designed to be a Language Artist. I have had tons of experience in writing and reading that has not been totally boring. I've actually enjoyed much of it. I hope this skill to be an artist in language doesn't get tooken away from me because I was not willing to use it.
That's awesome that you have so many stories in your google drive! I like the way that you expressed yourself and how you wrote stories that you just thought of. I wish I could do that!!

ReplyDeleteA Language Artist:) LOVE it! Part of being a good writer is practice--I love that you've practiced a lot and that you've saved your work. That will be priceless when you grow up. Keep up the great work! I'm excited to have you in class this year:)
